Airport Services and Facilities
Banking Services
The Airport Banking Service is provided by the Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ Bank). The Bank is situated at the Arrivals Commercial Concourse. ATM machines are at the Arrivals Commercial Concourse and the Baggage Claim Hall. They also provide Foreign Exchange Services at the International Departure/Transit Lounge.
There are other Foreign Exchange providers at the Landside of the Terminal and these include Western Union at International Departures and City Forex at the Arrivals Courtyard.
Airport Information Desk (Customer Services)
There are two (2) Airport Information Desks available at Nadi International Airport, one situated at the Arrivals Commercial Concourse and the other at the International Departures Concourse. Both are operational 24 hours and manned by our trained Customer Services Agents. Our Agents are always ready to assist you in any way they can.
Questions regarding travel to Fiji can be forwarded to email customerservice@afl.com.fj and your queries will be attended to.
Left Luggage Facility
To store your luggage for short or long term, you can use our secure Left Luggage facility which is located at the end of the Domestic Terminal. It is operational 24 hours and manned by capable staff who can also be contacted on +679 6725777 extensions 4671 or 4171.
Luggage may be stored at the following rates:
- FJ$3.10 up to 24 hours for Small Bags (e.g. small knapsacks or carry bags)
- FJ$4.10 up to 24 hours for Standard Bags (e.g. suitcases)
- FJ$6.15 up to 24 hours for Oversized Baggage (e.g. bicycles and surfboards)
Parents Room
The Parents Room is situated on the ground floor of the International Departures within the VIP Lounge area. This is available free of charge for all parents.
